Kataifi Chicken / Prawns / Fish / Paneer

This a super simple yet restaurant worthy recipe that u guys must try .

I’ve used kataifi from sufys. @kataifibysufys Their kataifi is one of the best qualities I’ve seen and yet the lowest priced.

Marinate 500 g chicken strips / fish / jumbo prawns or paneer with salt , 1 tbsp vinegar , 1 tsp red chilli flakes , 1 tsp garlic powder , 1 tsp white pepper powder n 1 egg . ( if making veg version skip egg and put 1 tbsp maida and a splash of water instead )
Let marinate for 1-2 hours

Before frying roll or roughly coat in kataifi.
Deep fry on medium low heat till golden and crisp.
Serve hot with dip.

For dip simply mix 1 cup mayo , 1 tbsp vinegar , 4 tbsp siracha sauce and 4 tbsp sweet chilli sauce . Mix well and use as needed.
