Dubai Chocolate Strawberry Cups / Dubai Chocolate Filling / Homemade Pistachio Butter

Guyssssss trust me this recipe of the Dubai chocolate filling can surely be called a premium and professional recipe . You can use it in uncountable Dubai based desserts or the classic Dubai chocolate.

I’ve used kataifi from sufys. @kataifibysufys Their kataifi is one of the best qualities I’ve seen and yet the lowest priced.

For pista butter – roast 200 gm pistachios in preheated oven at 170 degree for 10 min . Let cool for 15-20 min . Blend the roasted pista butter so much that it turns to paste . Then add 80 gm powdered sugar , little green color , and 25-30 mL sunflower oil ( if you want it to be a sauce like consistency to pour over desserts , you can add 50-60 mL oil ) that’s it your homemade pista butter is ready let it completely come to room temperature.

Roast 150 gm kataifi in preheated oven at 170 degrees for 20-25 min or till golden . Once cool , crush with hands and mix the pista butter . Your Dubai chocolate filling is ready .

To make strawberry cups (8 glasses )
You need 1 kg roughly cut strawberries

Melt 400 gm milk chocolate and mix in 100 mL sunflower oil .

Layer glass with cut strawberry, melted chocolate, Kunafa filling and repeat till the glass is full .

Serve immediately.
