Tandoori Samosa
A classic recipe that will be loved by one and all . This can be made with or without cheese .
Firstly cook 500 gm chicken with 1 tsp each of ginger and garlic paste and salt . Shred and keep aside .
In a Kadhai take little oil and sauté 2 chopped onions for 30-40 sec , add 1 tsp each ginger and garlic paste and sauté more till fragrant. Add 1/4th cup water , 2 tsp red chilli powder , 1 tsp Dhanya powder , half tsp zeera powder , half tsp garam masala powder , 1 tbsp tandoori masala , and sauté . Add 1 tbsp kasoori methi , sauté more and add shredded chicken ( you can use mutton or beef as well ) and mix . Add little water and cover and cook for 5-10 min in low heat . Then switch off heat and mix a handful of chopped coriander and 6-8 chopped green chillis . Mix and do coal dhungaar . Then mix again and make samosa or rolls .
To make creamy version you can mix half cup mayo or. Cream cheese or processed cheese . And for cheese pull mix 1 cup mozzarella cheese .
Deep fry on low heat if without cheese and medium low heat if with cheese .
Serve hot.
