Cheezy Chicken Cigars

These turned out to be soooo delicious. Unfortunately, I forgot to take a final pic as I was in hurry to serve iftar. And realised after the cigars were literally gone in seconds šŸ™ˆ

Boil 100 gms of boneless chicken with 1 tsp garlic, half tsp ginger, and salt. Shread and keep aside. Then mix in 100 gm paneer and 100 gm processed cheese, a fist of boiled corn, and 5-7 chopped green chilli, some chopped coriander, salt to taste, and half tsp white pepper powder. Mix well by kneading everything together.

Take a wonton sheet or spring roll sheet and keep some filling on the bottom side, close from left and right side, roll into a cigar and seal with maida and water slurry. Deep fry on medium-high heat till golden. Serve hot.
