Chicken Wontons
This is a a super simple yet super yum recipe to try this Ramadan.
You can Freese these for the entire month .
Simply chopperise together , 250 gm boneless chicken cubes , 2-3 green chillis , some chopped coriander , salt , 1 tsp white pepper powder , 1 tsp garlic powder , 1 tbsp each of Shezwan chutney , soya sauce , red chilli sauce and green chilli sauce . Chopperise or grind in grinder .
To make wontons you can take wonton sheets or cut spring roll sheet in 4 parts and use .
Shape wontons ( makes 25 in this recipe ) and deep fry on low heat
Enjoy with Shezwan chutney or sweet chilli sauce.
