Zaffrani Chicken Wrap

This is a mustttt try wrap guys.

Firstly marinate 500 gm chicken cubes with salt , juice Eid half lime , 1 tsp ginger paste , 1 tsp garlic paste , 2 tsp green chilli paste , 6 tbsp dahi , 4 tbsp cream or malai , 1/4th tsp haldi , half tsp garam masala powder and a pinch of saffron soaked in 4 tbsp warm milk and little chopped coriander . mix well and do coal dhungaar . Let marinate for an hour and grill in a pan with some oil till done

For mint mayo – blend together a hand full each of coriander and mint leaves , salt , juice of half lime , 4/5 cloves of garlic 3-4 green chilli , half cup mayonnaise and 1 tsp chaat masala . Blend well to a fine paste and add little water if needed to adjust consistency.

For salad – mix together 1 sliced onion , 1 sliced tomato , hand full of sliced iceberg or cabbage , 1 julienned cucumber , little chopped coriander , juice of half lime, salt , 2 pinch black pepper powder and 2 pinch chaat masala . Mix well and keep aside

To assemble slightly roast a pita bread ( you can also make this in paratha or tortilla or chapati or rumali roti ) and then put some salad , followed by some French fries , chicken pcs and mint mayo . Roll it and Wrap in butter paper or foil or serve as it is along with some french fries.
