Winter Special Khasta Paratha

Guys this is so simple yet sooooo delicious. You can enjoy it with dahi , chutney , achaar or simply with tea.

Mix 2 cup maida ( maida only makes it more crisp , if you want you can use only gehu or mix of gehu and maida) mix in 50 mL oil , 6 tbsp rava and salt . Then knead to a medium soft dough and cover and keep aside for half hour.

In a bowl mix a handful each of chopped Kothmir Phudina, methi and hara lassan, and 1 tbsp red chilli flakes.

Roll a ball of dough into a thick roti , apply oil or ghee and generously sprinkle the veg mix . Fold like a fan . Turn into a spiral and with help of dry flour , roll again into a thick paratha . Grill with ghee or butter or oil till golden and crisp.

Serve as you like. Garma garam.
