Veggie Fishtail

Bread baking and folding is always alot of fun . Heres a veg filling for u guys i have shaped the bread in fish criss cross method you can shape it as per your choice.

For the dough , knead together 2 cups maida , 1 tbsp sugar, 1 tbsp yeast , salt and knead with lukewarm water , lastly apply some oil and cover and keep aside for 2 hours or till it doubles in size.
In a kadhai heat v little oil, saute 1 tbsp chopped garlic , 1 tbsp chopped onion and 2 chopped green chillies, add 1 cup sliced cabbage , 1 carrot julienned , 1 capsicum julienne , half cup boiled corn, 1 tbsp tandoori masala, and saute on high heat just for 30 sec. Switch off heat let it cool slightly and mix in 4 tbsp ketchup, 2 tbsp red chilli sauce , 2 tbsp green chilli sauce , 1 tbsp shezwan sauce , 1 tbsp soya sauce , 1 tsp vinager , half tsp white pepper powder and salt. ( you can also add paneer cubes directly or chicken cubes cooked with ginger garlic paste n salt)

Roll a ball of dough in oblong shape . Put the filling in the centre in a straight line . Cut diagonally from both sides . First fold the top triangle and keep folding the strips in criss cross manner . Brush with egg and sprinkle some kalonji and white til . Bake in preheated oven at 180° for 15-20 min or till golden. Serve hot.
