Vegetable Stir Fry

This is such a delicious recipe you can have it as a meal itself or have it with fried rice .
For the above recipe I’ve used around 1.5 kg of veg and paneer . Below im giving recipe of a small batch that can be cooked for 2-3 people .

Firstly cut 2 cups of mix veggies ( I’ve used broccoli, baby corn , carrot , mix bell peppers , paneer , onion , French beans .. you can also add zucchini or your choice of veggies)

In a wok take little oil and firstly fry the paneer till golden and remove
Then in the same oil put 1 tsp full of chopped garlic and 1 chopped green chilli. Sauté till we’ll fragrant and add veggies ( we will add broccoli and carrot etc first that take longer to cook and later on add bell pepper and onion etc that don’t take much time to cook )
Sauté on high heat and keep adding your veggies till all are done . ( we don’t have to cook them too much , veggies should stay little crisp)

Then in a bowl mix 1 tbsp each of red chilli sauce , soya sauce , green chilli sauce and 1 tsp vinegar , 1 tsp corn flour , half tsp black pepper powder, half tsp sugar and half cup water . Mix and add this to the veggies and stir fry . Then add paneer and stir fry till the veggies are well coated and done .

Serve hot.
