Ultimate Fruit Falooda

Something really different from the faloodas we get in India . The ones staying in UAE or who have eaten from cafeterias there must have had a taste of fruit falooda n must be knowing how divine it tastes . To make this ultimate dessert…. For the milk …. boil 500 ml of milk and add in half cup sugar and slurry of 1 tsp corn flour and 1 cup water and 2 tbsp vermicelli crushed ( these are very thin noodles , if u don’t have u can use basic sevai ) . Cook well till thick and switch off heat . Then mix in 1 tsp vanilla essence and stir well . Let cool.

For the fruits …. cut 2 bananas , half apple , 2 slice sweet melon , 4 slices pineapple , 2 slice papaya ,4-5 strawberries, 1 mango when it’s in season. . Cut all these into cubes and mix .( you can use any fruits u like)

Prepare raspberry jelly and pineapple jelly and cut into cubes ( you can use any flavour and can use 2-3 colours) mix half cup of jelly cubes to the fruits. Along with a fist of roasted cashews
( prepare just b4 serving otherwise the fruits n jelly will release water )

Soak 1 tbsp sabza/ tukmuriya and keep aside

For assembling , take a tall glass (any size is fine but tall luks more nice ) and drizzle some rooh afza or vimto syrup on the sides fill half the glass with fruit and jelly mix  then little Sabza , then some cooked milk . Add a scoop of amul raj bhog or vanilla icecream . Drizzle little rooh afza or vimto and garnish with a few jelly cubes and roasted cashew.
Serve immidiately😋😋
