Guys this is a musttttt try for all of u who love arabic and turkish cuisine .
Firstly chopperise together. 1 big onion , 3 medium tomatoes , 250 gm of mix bell peppers , 5-6 green chillies , 8-10 cloves of garlic, some chopped coriander, 1 tsp red chilli powder , 1 tsp zeera powder , 1 tsp black pepper powder and salt.
This should look like a salsa kind of consistency. To this mix in 500 gm of lamb/mutton/beef/chicken mince and let marinate for an hour.
For the dough knead together 400 gm maida, salt , 1 tsp sugar , 1 tsp instant yeast . Mix and knead with lukewarm water . Lastly knead in 3-4 tbsp olive oil . Cover and let rest for an hour ( this dough will not increase much in size like bread dough )
Take small ball of dough and roll like a chapati put on oven tray and apply a thin layer of the marinated mince. Bake at 230 degree on middle rack for 10 min and 2 min on bottom rack to make the bread more crisp . ( time will differ from oven to oven so keep check ) ( if you do not have oven then cover and cook on tava on low heat for 5 min .
Once it’s ready , immediately put some sliced onion , some chopped coriander and squeeze some lime juice all over . Enjoy immediately. The crunch of the bread and the juiciness of the meat is surely addictive.
