Turkish Adna Kebab

This is a super easy and delicious recipe for all u arabic food lovers out there. It’s obviously not completely authentic its the nazia farhan version. Ps. I love plating my dishes when i have time in hand 🤩
In a bowl mix together 500 gms boneless chicken cubes ( you can also make with mutton or beef mince), 1 small chopped onion , 1 small capcicum chopped ( preferably red bell pepper if u dont have use green) , 1.5 tbsp chopped garlic , 1 tsp red chilli powder , 1 tsp red chilli flakes , half tsp dhanya powder ,half tsp zeera powder , 1 tsp sumac ( this is a arabic spice easily available in imported stuff stores , if u dont have u can use anar dana powder ) , 2-3 green chillies chopped , and lots of chopped coriander and salt .mix well and grind to a fine mince , let marinate for half hour or preferably overnight .
Heat grill pan with little oil and shape into a flat seekh with help of a flat skewer ( i used the back of my tavitha , u can basically use anything thats flat and aprox half inch or an inch wide ) grill till done.
Cut pita bread into triangles and roast it in the oil we grilled the seekh in .
Serve hot along with your choice of dip , i have served it along with arabic mushakkal salad consisting of hummus , mutabal , baba ghanoush and fattoush.
