Tiranga Sabzi

This recipe is made at my end evry Friday along with Dal gosh . A great accompaniment and sabzi to have along with chapati. What better day to post it other than republic day .
In a kadhai put oil , half tsp whole zeera , half tsp rai , half tsp saunf , half tsp kalonji , a pinch of hing , 3 green chillies slit . Let crackle and add 1 tsp garlic paste and saute well , add 2 potatoes cut into cubes,1 tbsp koota Hua dhanya, half tsp garam masala powder, salt and half tsp haldi , saute well and cover and cook till potatoes are almost done . Then add 1 big capcicum cut into cubes and 2 tomatoes cut into cubes , cover and cook for a min , add 2 tbsp dahi and cook 2 more min , lastly add lots of chopped coriander . Serve hot with chapati or as as accompaniment with any non veg gravy or best with Dal gosh .
Ps. You don’t have to cook the capcicum and tomato too much.
