Tea Time Zebra Cake

Really easy to make and superrrr delicious . U can keep it out in a container for 2 days and then keep in fridge and heat and eat when needed ( ps . Its going to get over just in few mins)

In a bowl  put 1 cup of milk and mix in 1 tsp vinager and keep aside (this is your buttermilk)
In a big bowl mix together 1 cup of oil (I use normal sunflower oil), 2 .5 cups maida , 2 cups castor or powderd sugar ,2 tsp baking soda 1 tsp baking powder,  ,2 eggs , 1 tsp salt , 1.5 tsp vanilla essence , the cup of buttermilk we made previously , and 1 cup of boiling hot water just beat everything together and  pour half the batter in another bowl . In one bowl mix 4 tbsp cocoa powder and mix well .
Grease a 9 inch tray and in the centre put 2 tbsp white batter, then on top if that 2 tbsp chocolate batter , keep repeating till boththe batters are over and bake  in preheated oven at 220° for 30-40 min or till done.
