Tazaj Grilled Chicken

Take one whole chicken with skin on and butterfly cut it and poke all around with a skewer or icepick. for the marinate in a grinder blend together 8-10 cloves of garlic , 4 whole Kashmiri Mirch , juice of 2 limes , half tea cup of olive oil , half teacup of regular cooking oil and salt to taste. Grind just till well blended ( it will form a creamy mayo like texture … grinding too much will make the oil separate so be careful and make sure the grinder is free from any water )
Marinate chicken with this for few hours . Reserve 2 tbsp of the marinade and grill the chicken till done and golden.
For the sauce mix together a cup of yogurt , 2 tbsp of the marinade, juice of half lime, salt , 1tsp of tahina paste.
Serve with pita bread grilled in pan with little butter.
