Tava Restaurant / Bhatyara Style Turkish Roll
Guys this turns out exactly the same so do try.
Firstly mix together 500 gm boneless chicken cubes , 2 slices of bread or 1 pav broken to pcs , salt to taste . 1 tsp each of ginger and garlic paste , 4-5 roughly cut green chillis , half small onion roughly cut , half tsp each of black pepper powder , Dhanya powder , zeera powder , garam masala powder , 2 pinch haldi , 1 tsp each of chaat masala and red chilli flakes , a handful of roughly chopped coriander and 2 tbsp butter . Mix well and blend in small batches to a fine mince . Mix everything nicely and let marinate for 1-2 hours .
Take any plastic sheet and grease with little oil ( divide the mince in 6 or 12 balls depending if u want to make big 2 cheese slice rolls or 1 small single cheese slice roll )
Fold the plastic sheet and press with hands to flatten the mince( the layer should be medium thin not very thin or very thick . Put cheese slice . Keep 1 inch of mince on the right and left side of the cheese and remove excess .
With the help of plastic fold from the sides , and start rolling from below with the help of the plastic . In the end remove any excess mince and make a nice roll .
Coat with panko or bread crumbs and keep in the fridge for half hour and shallow fry 1-2 pcs at a time on medium heat till golden.
Serve hot with green chutney.
