Tandoori Tenders

You don’t need hours of preparation  to make something delicious  , and this recipe is a perfect  example.
Marinate 500 gm boneless chicken cubes with juice of 1 lime,  2 tsp garlic  paste,  1 tsp ginger paste , 2 tbsp tandoori masala  , 1 tsp red chilli  powder,  half tsp  garam  masala  powder  , salt and 1 egg .let marinate  for half hour .
In a bowl mix together  1 cup maida , 4 tbsp corn flour  , 1 tsp red chilli  flakes , pinch of salt and half tsp red chilli  powder  .
Pick 1 pc of chicken  and press and coat well in flour mix. Dip for 1 second  in cold water  and remove  . Coat again with the flour mix.  Deep fry on medium heat till golden and crisp. Serve along with green chutney mixed with mayonnaise.
