Tandoori Shezwan Paneer Tikka / Roll

I just love love love paneer , any dish with paneer and i will say i love it . This is one of my fave recipes for paneer tikka .

In a grinder , grind together , 2 Kashmiri red chillies ,1 green chilli, 1 tbsp tandoori masala, about 10 cloves of garlic , half tsp red chilli powder, half tsp garam masala powder, juice of 1 lime , 1 tsp kasoori methi, little chopped coriander, 2 tbsp chilli sauce , 3 tbsp tomato ketchup , 1 tsp soya sauce , 1 tsp vinager , 2 tsp shezwan sauce , 2 tsp sugar, half tsp white pepper powder and a pinch of red colour. Grind to a fine paste
In a big bowl mix together , 6 tbsp dahi , 3 tbsp oil, salt and the prepared paste .
Cut 500 gm paneer to cubes , 1 capsicum and 1 onion cut to cubes.
With light hands take each pc of paneer and coat it with the marination we have prepared. Coat each cube separately and collect marinated pcs in another big bowl, mix the cut capsicum and onion in the leftover marinade and put it along with the marinated paneer . Do koyla dhungaar and let marinate for half hour minimum .
Make satay sticks , alternating between paneer and veg cubes , grill on a grill pan with little butter till golden. Serve hot as it is or make paneer roll.

To make roll, on a chapati put the grilled paneer and veg and drizzle some chutney ( i have used my laal chutney , u can use my green chutney recipe or also mix a little mayo with my laal or green chutney and use) roll it and get ready to rock the dinner/ lunch table😋
