Tandoori Shezwan Aaloo
This is a really different recipe of aaloo u can serve when guests come or in Ramadan. U can serve as it is or just cut fat pcs of samosa sheet and fry till golden . Take some aaloo with help of spoon and top it on a the fried sheet and bite into the crisp spicy goodness. ( I’m literally drooling while typeing this š¤¤š¤£š) Boil 500 gm of potatoes with salt and let cool . Remove skin and cut into pcs . Roll in some corn flour and deep fry till golden . Keep aside .
In a kadhai heat some oil add 2 slit green chillies , 1 tbsp chopped onion , 1 tsp chopped garlic , saute little and add 5 tbsp tomato ketchup , 2 tbsp red chilli sauce , 1 tsp soya sauce , 1 tsp vinegar, 1 tbsp Schezwan sauce , 2 tsp tandoori masala , pinch of red colour, 1 tsp sugar , half tsp white pepper powder , 1 tsp red chilli powder and salt to taste . Saute well add 1 tsp corn flour mixed in 3-4tbsp water . some chopped spring onion and the fried potato . Toss well and serve.
