Tandoori Kabsa Rice

Another super hit dawat recipe for all u rice lovers .
Marinate 750 gms of chicken ( better to use tandoori pcs) with salt , 4 tbsp dahi, 1.5 tbsp garlic paste  , half tbsp ginger paste , 2 tsp red chilli  powder  , 2 tbsp tandoori masala, half tsp garam  masala  powder  , juice of 1 big lime , 1 tbsp kasoori  methi  ,some chopped  coriander, a pinch of red food colour . Do coal dhungaar and let marinate for atleast  2 hrs or overnight  .
Remove all the excess masala from the chicken  and grill in the oven or simply  cook it in a vessel till dry .
Boil  2 cups of basmati rice and keep aside.
In a vessel  heat  some oil and fry 2 beaten eggs and scramble it . Remove from the egg from the oil and keep aside  . In the same oil put 1 small chopped  onion, 1 tbsp chopped  garlic,  half tbsp chopped  green chillies  and saute for a few seconds.  Add the remaining  masala from the chicken,  half tsp haldi powder  , half tsp dhanya powder  , half tsp zeera powder   , half tsp red chilli powder, 2 tbsp  red chilli  sauce , 1 tbsp shezwan  sauce  , 1 tbsp vinegar , 2 tbsp tomato ketchup and little salt and pepper  powder.  Saute well and add the boiled rice.  Mix well and cover keep on dum for 5 mins . Lastly  mix the scrambled  egg and lots of chopped spring onion greens .
Roast the cooked chicken  slightly  on direct flame with  a pc of coal to give charred effect.
Spread the rice in  a thaal or plate and place the tandoori  chicken  in the centre and decorate  with fried potato wedges  and salad . Serve hot.
