Tandoori Chicken Seekh

Take 500 gms boneless chicken cubes , add 3 slices of bread broken to pcs , salt , juice of 1 lime , 2 tbsp tandoori masala , 1 tsp red chilli powder , 2 tbsp garlic chopped , 2 tbsp onion chopped , 1 tbsp ginger chopped , 1 tbsp kasoori methi , some chopped coriander , pinch of red colour , 2 tbsp shezwan chutney . Mix well and grind to a fine mince. Do koyla dhungaar and Let marinate for half hour .Shape with the help of any stick and greased hands . Grill with little oil in nonstick pan or grill pan till done . Serve hot along with green chutney or shezwan chutney.
