Tandoori Cheese Cutlets

Delicious and melt in the mouth .
Marinate 500 gm chicken or mutton with salt , 2 tbsp garlic paste , 1 tbsp ginger paste , 2 tbsp tandoori masala , pinch of red colour , juice of 1 lime , 1 tbsp kasoori methi and let marinate for half hour , and cook till done. Shread and keep aside

In a kadhai heat 2 tbsp butter , add 2 tbsp heaped maida and saute , add salt , half tsp white pepper powder , 1 cup of milk and half cup of water , cook till thick and add the shreaded meat , cook for 2 more min and switch off heat. Let cool and mix in lots of chopped coriander and 100 gm grated cheese . Keepin freezer for half hour . Shape into cutlets with greased hands , coat with breadcrumbs, dip in egg and shallow fry on medium heat till golden. Serve hot.
