Tandoori Box Pattice

This is a ddddelicious starter which is super easy to make and can be made in chicken and mutton .

Firstly blend together- 1 tbsp garlic paste , half tbsp ginger paste, 2 green chilli, juice of 1 lime, salt to taste, some chopped coriander , 1 tsp garam masala powder, half tsp Dhanya powder, half tsp zeera powder, 2 tbsp tandoori masala, 2 tbsp dahi , 1 tbsp Kasoori methi and a pinch of red color to a fine paste .

Apply this on 500 gm of meat and pressure cook till done . Dry the meat completely and shred and keep aside.

Ina Kadhai heat some oil and fry 1 chopped onion and 3-4 chopped green chilli , half tsp each of ginger and garlic paste , till pink then add the shredded meat and sauté well for 4-5 mins . Switch off heat and let cool . Then mix in 1 finely chopped capsicum, lots of chopped coriander and 100 gm of grated processed cheese. You can also add half cup corn . Mix well and make box pattice or samosa .
Deep fry on low heat till golden n crisp.
Serve hot.
