Tandoori Bhuna Gosh / Chicken
Marinate 500 gm of mutton/chicken with , juice of 1 lime , 2 tbsp dahi, 2 tsp tandoori masala , pinch of red colour , 2 tsp ginger paste , 2 tsp garlic paste , 1 tsp red chilli powder , 1 tsp garam masala powder, salt and some chopped coriander. Do koyla dhungaar and Let marinate for half hour and pressure cook the meat till done.
In a kadhai heat oil and some desi ghee, add 1-2 chopped green chilli ,1 tsp kasoori methi some chopped coriander and add the cooked meat and saute well till dry . Lastly add more chopped coriander and mix well . Serve hot with chapati or along with dal chawal or kadi khichdi etc.
