Tamatar Ki Chutney

In a vessel heat oil and add a pinch each of rai , kalonji , saunf , heeng ,zeera , a few curry leaves , 2 green chillies slit , let this crackle then add a tsp of garlic paste and saute , add 4-5 chopped tomatoes and salt and let the tomatoes become soft . Now add a tsp each of red chilli powder and dhanya zeera powder and a pinch of haldi. Cook well and add a tbsp of sugar and juice of 1 lime and some chopped coriander . Serve as an accompaniment or u can also eat it with hot chapati drizzled with some Desi ghee šŸ˜‹
