Tali Hui Bhindi Ki Sabzi
Slice 250 gm bhindi and deep fry till crisp . Add juice of half lime while frying to get rid of the stickiness and make the bhindi crisp easily . Keep aside.
In a kadhai heat oil add half tsp whole zeera , pinch of heeng , and 2 green chillies slit ,let it crackle and add 3 finely chopped tomatoes , salt , 2 tsp garlic paste , and cook till tomatoes are soft .
Add 2 tsp red chilli powder , half tsp haldi , half tsp garam masala powder , 1 tsp dhanya powder , half tsp zeera powder and some chopped coriander , cook well add 250 gm dahi and cook till oil comes up .finally add the fried bhindi and lots of chopped coriander . Serve hot with chapati.
