Sweet and Sour Chicken 

Heres the nazia farhan version of another famous indochinese dish,  you can serve it as a starter or have it along with some friedrice .
Marinate 500 gms of boneless chicken cubes with , salt , 1 tsp black  pepper  powder , 1 egg , 3 tbsp maida , 1.5 tbsp cornflour . Let marinate for half hour and deep fry till light golden.
In a kadhai heat some oil , fry 3 slit green chillies,  1 tbsp chopped garlic , 1 tsp chopped ginger , 1 tbsp chopped onion  and saute for a few sec . Add 2 tbsp tomato ketchup , 3tbsp green chilli sauce , 2 tbsp soya sauce, 1tsp vinager , 1 tbsp honey , salt and half tsp white pepper powderand saute .
Add a mix of 1 tsp corn flour mixed in half cup water . Bring to a boil and add the fried chicken , some sliced capsicum and onion and cook till dry. Serve hot.
