Sugar Paratha


Initially I thought this is a too basic recipe to be posted. But then I thought may be many of u haven’t tried this delicious paratha for breakfast . You can have this garam garam paratha with some thandi thandi malai or cream and bless me in evry bite of this heavenly goodness you can also have the paratha along with tea.
All u need to do is knead your basic chapati dough with wheat flour ,salt , water and oil . Keep aside for 10 mins.
Take a ball of dough and roll it slightly , put a tbsp of sugar in the middle and close from all sides. Roll again into a paratha and fry it with some ghee or oil till golden and caramelized ( this smells soo good) .
That’s it serve hot.
