Sugar Paratha

Initially  I thought this is a too basic recipe to be posted.  But then I thought may be many of u haven’t  tried this delicious  paratha for breakfast  . You can have this garam garam paratha with some thandi thandi malai or cream and bless me in evry bite of this heavenly  goodness 🙈 you can also have the paratha along with tea.

All u need to do is knead your basic chapati dough with wheat flour  ,salt , water and oil . Keep aside for 10 mins.

Take a ball of dough and roll it slightly  , put a tbsp of sugar in the middle and close from all sides.  Roll again into a paratha and fry it with some ghee or oil till golden and  caramelized ( this smells soo good) .
That’s it serve hot.
