Stuffed Chicken Garlic Bread

Fast food lovers and cheese lovers DO NOT . I repeat DO NOT miss out on trying out this recipe .

For the dough:- mix together 2 cups of maida , 1tbsp sugar,1 tbsp yeast , salt to taste , knead this with lukewarm water to a soft dough and apply some olive oil on top . Cover and keep aside to ferment for 2 hrs (don’t use very hot water or it will kill the yeast and dough will not ferment)

For the chicken – marinade 250 gm chicken with 1 tsp each of ginger, garlic and green chilli paste , 1 tsp tandoori masala, 1 tsp red chilli powder and salt to taste . Cook till done and shred and keep aside. (if u want to make veg version just skip the chicken)

For the magic garlic seasoning- in a grinder jug put , 1 tbsp garlic powder, 1 tsp red chilli flakes , 1 tsp oregano , half tsp mix herbs , half tsp black pepper powder , half tsp salt and blend for just 1 pulse . Your magic seasoning is ready to use . You can use as pizza and pasta seasoning as well .

Now to assemble. Take a ball of dough and roll it with help of makai aata ( this is a yellow aata that is maize flour . You cannot use cornflour instead it will not give same texture. It is easily available at any Kirana shop )
You have to roll it into a slightly thick roti and then transfer it onto a greased oven tray .
On one side of the roti , spread mayonnaise generously, then spread a tbsp of red chilli sauce , then sprinkle shredded chicken , boiled corn , jalapeño and olives . Top it generously with mozzarella cheese . Fold into half and press the edges to seal . Cut into strips and brush lots of melted butter on top . Sprinkle our magic garlic seasoning generously and bake in preheated oven at 230 degrees for 10-12 min or till golden brown. Serve piping hot and get ready to be showered with complements . I’m sure after making this ur not going to order stuffed garlic bread from any fast food joint.
