Stuffed Cheezy Garlic Bread

For the dough:- mix together 2 cups of maida , 1tbsp sugar,1 tbsp yeast 1tsp garlic powder, salt to taste , knead this with lukewarm water to a soft dough and apply some olive oil on top . Cover and keep aside to ferment for 2 hrs (don’t use very hot water or it will kill the yeast and dough will not ferment)this makes 4 stuffed breads
For garlic butter:- mix together 2 tbsp butter , 1 tbsp chopped garlic , 1tsp chilli flakes , 1 tsp oregano , 1 tsp parsley and half tsp mix herbs and a pinch of salt.
Other preparations :- chop capsicum into small cubes and boil some corn and keep aside
To make the breads take a ball of dough and roll it into a circle with the help of some makai aata (we need the yellow one not corn flour … this gives the bread a nice crispy texture ) on half of the circle spread some garlic butter followed by some mayonaisse then sprinkle some chopped capcicum and corn then grate lots of pizza cheese . Fold the bread into half and press a little from the edges to seal it. Brush the top with some egg and sprinkle some oregano and chilli flakes and grill in the oven till done . Make cuts on the bread and then spread a generous amount of garlic butter . Serve hot with some garlic mayo(just mix little chopped garlic with mayo n a pinch of salt)
