Strawberry Punch
To make 4 glasses …. grind together 4 tbsp heaped strawberry crush , 3 tbsp lemon tang , 2 tbsp sugar , some ice. Pour this in a jug or individual glasses and pour sprite or 7up and give a stir. Serve immediately.
