Sprouts Sabzi

In a pressure cooker heat oil , add half tsp whole zeera , 2 chopped green chilli , 1 onion chopped and fry till slight golden , add 2 chopped tomatoes , salt , 2 tsp garlic paste , 2 tsp red chilli powder , half tsp haldi powder , half tsp zeera powder , 1 tsp dhanya powder , half tsp garam masala powder add some chopped coriander and saute well , add half glass water and 250 gms of sprouts ( you can use ready moong sprouts or mixed sprouts ) cook on high heat for 1 whistle and low heat for 5 min . You can also add potato cubes along with the sprouts if you want. Lastly add more chopped  coriander and serve hot with chapati.
