Spicy Chicken Sandwiches

These r really easy to make and taste yumm .

In a bowl mix together 2 tbsp maida , 3 tbsp Shezwan chutney/sauce , 2 tbsp red chilli sauce , 1 tsp vinegar , 2 tbsp tandoori masala , 1 tsp red chilli flakes , 1 tsp red chilli powder, half tsp each of Dhanya , zeera and garam masala powders , 2 tbsp dahi and little red color .

In a Kadhai heat some oil and sauté 1 chopped onion ,2-3 chopped green chilli till soft . Then add 1 tsp each of ginger and garlic paste and salt and sauté well . Then add the prepared paste and sauté really well . Then add 500 gm chopped chicken, 1 chopped capsicum and cover and cook till chicken is tender . (Keep stirring in between and use a nonstick vessel or it will stick)

Then add a cup of milk and cook till thick . Lastly add lots of chopped coriander and cook little . Let the batter come to room temperature and use as needed ( you can make small square or triangle sandwiches and also make these in hotdog bun and grill and even make a wrap in roti or tortilla . This is a delicious batter that can be used for samosa and roll fillings as well and also this can be made as a semi gravy along with Dori naan or paratha)

I’ve simply buttered bread and applied some batter . Put some cheese slice on it and grilled till golden and crisp . If u wish you can also grate some cheese on top and serve along with chips.
