Soya Keema

In a kadhai put little oil , half tsp whole zeera , 2 green  chillies slit , 1 chopped onion n fry till golden , add 1 small chopped tomato then add green paste ( grind together 2 tsp garlic , a fist of coriander , few mint leaves , 4-5green chillies and juice of 1 lime to fine paste ) , add salt , half tsp haldi , 1 tsp dhanya , half tsp zeera powder and half tsp garam masala powder , saute well and add some water and a fist of green peas add a cup of cooked soya granuells ( follow the method on the back of ur packet to cook the soya) cook well and serve hot with chapati or jowar roti.
Ps. You can avoid wheat flour and eat jowar roti for a better diet.
