Smoked Makhmali Kabab

These r super soft melt in the mouth kababs you can have as it is or with pav or paratha.
In a bowl mix together 500 gms of keema , salt , 1 tsp red chilli  powder , 2 tsp garam masala  powder, 1 tbsp garlic paste  , 1 tbsp ginger paste  , 8-10 chopped  green chillies  , some chopped  coriander  and mint,  barista  of 2 onions , 1 tsp rose water , 1 tsp kevra water , juice of 1 lime , half tsp tenderizer  or 3 tbsp papaya paste . Mix everything  well and grind in small portions  to a fine mince .
In a pan heat 4 tbsp ghee and roast 10-12 kaju and 2 tbsp chana daliya  till golden.  Let cool and grind it along with the ghee to a fine paste . Mix it in the kabab mix and mix some chopped coriander and do coal dhungaar.  Let marinate for 2 hrs and make flat kababs and shallow fry till done  . Serve hot.
