Smoked Keema

If you’re someone who loves keema this is a must-try. you can make it with chicken or mutton keema as per your liking.

Firstly marinate 500 gm keema with salt , 1 tsp black pepper powder, 1 tbsp ginger paste, 1 tbsp garlic paste, 1 tbsp green chilli paste, 1 tsp red chilli flakes , half tsp haldi , 1 tsp Dhanya , half tsp zeera , 1 tsp garam masala powder, 1 cup dahi and some chopped coriander and mint. Let marinate for atleast half hour .

In a Kadhai heat little oil , add 1 tsp whole zeera and 1 big chopped onion. Fry till it’s slightly golden and add 2 chopped tomatoes. Fry till it’s soft and add the marinated keema and cook well till done and dry . Switch off heat .

Lastly, heat some oil and ghee in a pan and fry 1 tbsp Kasoori methi and 4-5 slit green chilli, sauté till fragrant. Add little chopped coriander to the oil. Mix and pour on the cooked keema.
Do coal dhungar on the gravy and serve hot with pav or paratha.
