Smash Burger Pitas

Guys this is suchhhhhhh an easy yet suchhhhhh a delicious recipe that u guys have to try out .
Makes 8
Firstly take 500 gm boneless chicken cut into cubes , add salt , half tsp garlic powder, half tsp oregano , half tsp red chilli flakes , half tsp black pepper powder and half tsp ajinomoto ( optional) mix and blend in a grinder to fine mince and let marinate for at least half hour .

For sauce – mix half cup mayo , 3 tbsp red chilli sauce , 1.5 tbsp tomato ketchup, 1 tsp red chilli powder, 1 tsp garlic powder, salt , v little chopped coriander 1 tbsp chopped olives , 1 tbsp chopped jalapeno . 1 tbsp chopped onion and little water to adjust consistency.Mix well and keep aside

To assemble. Firstly with help of greased hands apply the mince on the pita in a thin layer ( you can also use tortilla or Basic Maida roti if you don’t get pita bread . But if u do , I recommend to use pita only )
Now in a pan put 3 tbsp oil and put the mince side down. Grill on medium heat by pressing all over so the mince gets cooked . Flip the pita and put cheese slice on one side and cover and cook till the cheese melts and pita turns golden from below . Remove in a plate and put some sliced iceberg and chopped tomato . Put the sauce and top with more iceberg and tomato. Fold and serve hot . And get ready for complements.
