Sizzling Chicken / Fish / Prawn / Paneer
For the chicken.. marinate 500 gm chicken cubes with 1 tsp garlic paste, salt , half tsp white pepper powder , 1 tbsp vinager , 2 tbsp soya sauce , 2 tbsp chilli sauce , 1 egg , 4 tbsp maida , 2 tbsp corn flour. Mix well and marinate for half an hour. Deep fry till golden and keep aside.
For the gravy , in a kadhai heat oil , add 2 tbsp garlic chopped , 1 tbsp chopped onion , 1tsp chopped ginger , 2 chopped green chillies . Saute and add 1 stock cube , 3 tbsp chilli sauce , 3 tbsp soya sauce , 1 tbsp vinager , 2 tbsp tomato ketchup , 1 tbsp sugar , salt and half tsp white pepper powder. Saute and add slurry made with 2 tbsp cornflour. Cook for a min and add little sliced cabbage ,little carrot cut into fingers , 1 capcicum Julienned ,1 onion sliced . Cook for a min and add fried chicken . Cook for a min more and add 5-6 green Chillies slit , some chopped coriander and chopped spring onion greens . Switch off heat and serve hot with tandoori roti or fried rice.
