Sigdi Restaurant Style Red BBQ Chutney

Guys this is a must try chutney to have along with all the bbq dishes May it be tandoori , tikka or seekh.

Firstly roast 1 tbsp whole dhanya , 1 tbsp whole zeera , 1 tsp whole saunf and 4-5 black pepper . Roast till fragrant and let cool .

Once cool grind the spices to a rough powder , to this add 5-6 kashmiri red chilli , 10-15 cloves of garlic , 50 gm imli, salt and 4 tbsp vinegar . Add water little at a time and first blend to a thick and fine paste .
To this add 2 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder and water to adjust consistency. You can add a pinch of red Color as well to make it look same like sigdi. Blend and store in airtight jar .

This can be stored in fridge for upto 15 days .

Other than bbq , this chutney can also be used with green chutney on sandwiches and you can also put in your choice of rolls.
