Shalimar / Delhi Darbar Style Chicken Chilli

So finally after sooo many requests on this one i finally have the perfect recipe up for u guys . Simple and quick and offcourse delicious.

In a kadhai heat oil add 2 tbsp chopped garlic , 1 tsp chopped ginger , 3-4 slit green chillies and saute , add salt , 1 tsp white pepper powder , 4 tbsp soya sauce , 1 tbsp red chilli sauce , 1 tsp vinager ,1 tbsp sugar , add 500 gms of boneless chicken leg cubes ( u have to use boneless leg then only ull get the perfect taste) saute well add 2 glass of water and cover and cook till chicken is tender . Add 2 tbsp cornflour dissolved in 1 cup water , half onion cubed and half capsicum cubed. Cook for 3-4 more mins and serve hot along with your choice of roti or fried rice . (I do not use ajinomotto in my cooking , restaurants use it to a high extent. I would suggest u to choose health rather than taste)
