Shahi White Korma

One more super hit gravy u all r gonna love in sha Allah.

Firstly marinate 750 gm- 1kg chicken or mutton with , 2.5 tbsp garlic paste , 1.5 tbsp ginger paste , 1 tbsp green chilli paste , salt , and juice of 1 lime . Let marinate for atleast half hour .

In a grinder blend together , 2 onions roughly cut , 250 gm dahi , 1 fist kaju , 1 fist 4magaz , 2 tbsp white til , to a fine paste with 1 cup of milk .
In a kadhai heat oil , and fry the chicken pcs 2-3 at a time till colour changes to slight golden ( when usinf mutton cook the marinated mutton till done then fry), and keep aside . In the same oil put whole garam masala , and the prepared paste . Saute well and put salt , 1 tsp @shahi_garam.masala, 1 tsp white pepper powder and 1 tsp kasoori methi . And cook till chicken is well done . Now mix in 4 tbsp cream or malai , 4 tbsp mayonnaise , and around 2 cubes of cheese grated . Cook for 5 more min and mix some chopped coriander and switch off heat. Do koyla dhungaar and serve hot with , rumali roti or naan , paratha or zeera rice.😋
