Sevai

Also a must have on Eid along with sheer khurma. A very simple quick and delicious recipe.

In a kadhai heat 6 tbsp ghee , add 1 cup of crushed sevai and roast well, add 1 cup milk and 1 cup water , 8 tbsp sugar , 1 tsp elaichi powder, lots of sliced kaju badam pista and charoli , cook well on medium heat and keep stirring till dry . Cover and cook on very low heat for 5 min. Give a nice stir and serve hot.
