Sauce Wali Chicken
Take 1 kg of chicken leg , wash it , make slits and remove all the water. Marinate with salt , juice of 2 limes , 2 tbsp garlic paste , half tbsp ginger paste , 2 tsp red chilli powder , half tsp garam masala powder , half tsp haldi , 1 tsp dhanya powder , half tsp zeera powder , half tsp white pepper powder , pinch of red colour and 2 tbsp tandoori masala. Let marinate for half hour.
In a kadhai put oil , and add paste of 2 tbsp kaju and 2 tbsp 4magaz (soak for 10 min in a cup of milk and grind to fine paste). Cook for 2 mins till oil comes up and you get a nice roasted smell.
Add the marinated chicken and half cup water. Cook on high heat and keep stirring for 2 min . Cover and cook on medium low heat till chicken is well cooked .( try and use a small chicken and cook for long . It will just melt in your mouth) once the chicken is cooked add 1 cup of tomato ketchup and cook till the masala is thick .
You can serve this as a starter or even serve as a semi gravy along with parathas 😋
