Safed Murg Handi 

Super easy yet super delicious recipe that you can quickly make in no time for Ramadan and otherwise. Also this will be a loved gravy in Dawats .

Firstly blend together, 1 tbsp whole zeera , 2 tbsp whole dhanya , 1 tbsp saunf , 4 dry red chilli , 4 elaichi, 4 laung , 1 badiyan , 1inch stick of dalchini and 1 big elaichi to a rough powder.

Marinate 500 gm of chicken ( you can take with or without bone as per your liking) and marinate with salt , 1 tsp black pepper powder, our prepared masala , 1 tbsp garlic paste , 1 tbsp ginger paste , juice of 1 lime , 250 gm dahi, 1 cup cream or malai , and paste of a handful each of kaju Badam and 7-8 green chilli ( blend it to fine paste with milk ) . Mix well and let marinate for half hour atleast or preferably 2 hours .

In a Kadhai heat oil , put whole garam masala and paste of 2 onions and sauté till transparent. Add the marinated chicken and cover and cook till done and oil comes up . Lastly add some chopped coriander and cook for a minute .

Serve hot with , roti , naan paratha or zeera rice .
