Russian Chicken Samosa

A delicious recipe that you can freeze for Ramadan.
Firstly cook 250 gm boneless chicken with salt . And 1 tsp each of ginger garlic paste . Cook till done and shred and keep aside.
Chopperise together, 1 small onion , 10-12 cloves of garlic , half inch ginger sliced and 4-5 green chilli.
In a Kadhai take some oil and add the chopped spices . Saute till fragrant. Add a handful of chopped spring onions and sauté more . Add half cup julienne carrot ( you can also used chopped) and sauté. . Add salt , 1 tsp black pepper powder and sauté more . Add 250 shredded chicken and sauté . Add half cup maida aata and sauté well till fragrant. Then add 1 cup water and 1.5 cup milk . Cook till batter is thick . Then add a handful of chopped coriander , 1 chopped capsicum and 100 gm grated cheese . Cook for 2 mins . Switch off heat . Let the batter come to room temperature then keep in fridge for 2 hours ( this will help u work with the samosa filling easily . Also same batter can be used to fill spring roll and bread roll )
Make samosas and freeze for Ramadan if you want.
Deep fry on medium high heat till golden and serve hot.
