Romany Creams

One of the mosstttttttt awaited recipes   and my favorite  biscuits . N ur house is going to smell like a bakery with this . This recipe makes around 20 romany creams and ur going to love love love it

Firstly  beat together  250 gms butter at room temperature  , and beat 1 cup of powdered  sugar with it till creamy , add 1 egg , 4 tbsp oil , 1 tsp vanilla  essence  , beat again till combined , mix in 2 cups of seived  maida , and mix with a spatula, then mix in 4 tbsp seived cocoa powder , 1 tsp baking powder  , half tbsp corn flour , and 1.25 cup full of desiccated  coconut  and mix well . Keep in fridge  for 15 mins and make flat oval shapes and place a little far apart on  a baking sheet , scrape slightly  with a fork , and bake in a preheated  oven at 180 degrees  for 15 mins . ( put the dough back in the fridge) Remove from oven , let it rest in the tray for two mins and transfer  on a cooling rack . Let cool completely  and Sandwich melted milk chocolate  or nutella  between  2 biscuits  . If u wish drizzle some melted chocolate on top .. Let cool and serve . U can store in an airtight container for 4-5 days.
