Restaurant Style Shezwan Chicken

This is one of the bessttttttt indo chinese everrrrrr.
Firstly chopperise 3 green chilli, half inch sliced ginger, 8-10 cloves of garlic and half onion.

In a Kadhai take some oil and add the chopped spices and sauté till fragrant. Then add salt , 500 gm chicken strips or cubes ( you can also use with bone chicken ) and sauté . Add water according to the amount of gravy you want , add 2 tbsp Shezwan chutney , 2 tbsp red chilli sauce , 2 tbsp green chilli sauce , 2 tbsp soya sauce , 4 tbsp tomato ketchup , 1 tsp vinegar, 1 tsp ajinomoto (optional) , 1 tsp white pepper powder, 1 tbsp sugar and little red food color. Mix well and cook till chicken is tender. Then add slurry of 2 tbsp cornflour mixed in half cup water , and 1 diced capsicum and 1 diced onion. Cook till gravy is thick. Add little spring onion if you have. Serve hot with fried rice or tandoori roti.
