Restaurant Style Nalli Barra

Guys this turns out exaccttttllyyyyy like restaurants.

Simply blend together little coriander, 8-10 cloves of garlic , half inch ginger sliced , 2-3 green chilli , 2 Kashmiri red chilli , 2 tbsp dahi , half tsp garam masala powder , 1 tbsp tandoori masala , little red color, juice of 1 lime . Blend all this to a fine paste and apply on 1 kg Nalli. Do coal dhungaar and let marinate overnight.

Before serving pressure cook till well done . Remove the Nalli from the stock that has released and keep aside.

To the remaining stock add paste of 8–10 kaju ( blend with milk ) , 2 tbsp tomato ketchup, 2 tbsp red chilli sauce , 2 tbsp butter and cook till thick , add 4-5 tbsp cream and cook little.

On a hot sizzler plate put some sliced cabbage . Some sauce , Nalli and drizzle remaining sauce over it . Serve immediately.
You can enjoy this as a starter or with choice of roti / naan/ paratha.
