Restaurant Style Mutton / Chaap Tandoori Barra

This is a mussttttttt try , if you are not a fan of mutton , you can even make this in chicken.

Firstly marinate 1 kg meat with salt , juice of 1 lime , 2 tbsp dahi , 2 tsp red chilli powder, 1 tsp garam masala powder, 1 tbsp tandoori masala, 1 tbsp ginger paste, 1 tbsp garlic paste and little red color. Let marinate for few hours and pressure cook till done . Lift out all the meat pcs and dry any excess water. ( you can use the leftover masala as a sider if u want to have this with roti )
Char each pc of cooked meat on direct flame over a few pcs of coal .

In a bowl mix together 250 ml fresh cream ( not malai , plz use tetra pack) and add in v little chopped coriander, 6-7 green chilli finely chopped ( I dry grind it in the grinder , without any water ) , 1 tsp chaat masala and little orange yellow color . Just mix everything together.

To plate keep pcs of tandoori meat and drizzle desired quantity of barra cream and pour a few tbsp of melted butter over it .

Serve as it is or along with naan or paratha.
