Restaurant Style Cheesy Chicken Tandoori

Guys this is a musstttttt try. Trust me !!!

Firstly in a bowl mix half cup dahi , half cup cream or Malai , salt ,1 tbsp garlic paste , 1 tsp ginger paste , 1 tbsp green chilli paste , 1 tsp white pepper powder and 1 tsp garam masala powder . Mix well and apply on 1.5 kg of tandoori chicken pcs with slits .
Do coal Dhungaar and let marinate for 2 hours and then cover and cook till done and dry in a pan .
To make white sauce . In a vessel heat 50 gm butter and put 1 tbsp chopped garlic ( in the excitement of shooting this video u forgot to add it in the start and added it later on in the video . But plz add in the start for best taste) sauté till fragrant and add 1 tbsp maida and sauté . Add 1 tsp each of oregano and chilli flakes . Also add half tsp white pepper powder and salt to taste . Then add 2.5 cups milk and cook till slightly thick .

Pour the white sauce on the chicken and grate 100 gm cheese on top . Sprinkle some chopped coriander and cover and cook for 5 mins on low heat till the cheese melts . Enjoy as it is like a starter or with tandoori roti or butter naan.
